Application For Admission - 2027

Applications for admission to Samia Primary School for the 2027 academic year must be submitted online. Please note that no physical application forms are available.

Applicants are required to complete all sections of the online application form and upload the necessary supporting documentation. Incomplete submissions or missing documentation may result in the application not being considered.

Required Supporting Documentation

Before starting the online application, please ensure that clear scanned copies of the following documents are saved on your device in PDF format. You will not be able to finalise your submission without these documents. Copies of documents must be available upon request.

LEARNER DOCUMENTS

  • Learner’s Unabridged Birth Certificate.
  • Learner’s Immunisation Record (complete card)
  • Learner’s Most Recent School Report
  • Latest Official School Fee Statement (original and stamped)

PARENTS DOCUMENTS

  • Proof of residence: lease agreement from Agent or Rates/ Water/Lights account in your name
  • ID copies for both parents
  • Death Certificate if applicable
  • Other person paying school fees – affidavit if applicable

LEGAL GUARDIAN DOCUMENTS

  • Court Order or Guardianship Documentation (if applicable)
  • Legal proof where child is Adopted or Fostered if applicable

NON-SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS

If the applicant Learner is not South African, the following documents must be presented with the application

  • Study permit- Temporary or Permanent Residence Permit from Dept of Home Affairs: or evidence
    that application has been made for the child to stay in South Africa.
